Local Shops or Techs that do Engine Rebuilds

So long story short seized my engine and was told most likely spun a bearing. I know my options are limited to either buying a used engine and taking a chance with those or go for a rebuild. So trying to gather as many options as possible before deciding what to do with the car. If you someone can recommend people or shops that be would be helpful.

So far I contacted Miami Engines in Boyton Beach and they quoted me 6800+ taxes and another $100 in tow if I go with there tow guy.

Contacted another tech and he sourced an engine for 5800 and quoting me another 2600 in labor ++ misc parts and fluids

Did you end up using Miami Engines? I'm shopping around for an engine replacement myself.
