F32 15" conversion (drag racing)
Hi, I am in the works of attempting to figure out how to make a brake conversion for my F32. I do a lot of drag racing and would like to fit a 15" wheel in the rear however I have the M Sport brakes and there's no way possible to fit it over them. After attempting to do some research I believe using E92 328i 44/22 calipers and an E39 528i rotor will fit. However I can't find any thread or forum where somebody has done this.
Does anybody have any experience running a 15" rear wheel conversion? Did you buy a kit or did you piece it together? What parts did you use? I know I could run a 17" and get away with it however I'd lose tire height as they don't make any drag compound tires that would provide the height or aesthetic I am attempting to achieve. Any input or feedback would be greatly appreciated! |

I'm assuming the calipers are aluminum but their website doesn't go into this kind of detail. Any idea?
