I have a 16 f32 435i with head up display with m sport steering wheel that comes from the factory, the scroll on the right side of the steering wheel would work when I use it to skip/ previous song (id4 evo with 8.8"). I have another 17 f30 320i(built11/2016) with not many options, it has a 6.5" screen with 5 buttons idrive knob and what it looks like also id4 evo?? the scroll on the steering wheel would not work when I am using spotify through blutooth or usb cable to skip/ previous song it just say "not available/ not possible" on the dash, I have to use the idrive knob controller to skip. Is this just a thing with 6.5"? using iphone 12, ios 14.6

I have same problem on my bmw f20 the wheel is there when I scroll it just shows the currently playing song name but no playlist or next song. I have to do it manualy
