F30 Fuel Filter

The service manual calls for fuel filter replacment at 60k. The only filter I can locate is integrated into the fuel pump. Is there another fuel filter outside of the gas tank?

I believe theres one that is located near the bottom on the transmission.

I thought this was a lifetime filter tho...

According to my Bentley's, it is a lifetime fuel filter. That is for the F30 3 Series. Your profile shows a 2011 550 and if that is the car you are checking on, you may want to check the 5 Series forum for better info.
