Big Boost’s M240i is over 700 wheel, so they should be easily over 130.

Agreed...I had a 2003 Cobra back in 2003 that trapped 131 and the only cars that ever beat me were turbo vipers or other extremely heavily modified cars. This is a time when a the gallardo was trapping 120 or less, a F430 119mph.

Nowadays you can walk into Mclaren and buy a new car that run 10's on street tires and trap 145+, GM sells cars that trap 135, porsche 135-145, ferrari 140+, dodge 130+, ford 130+, tesla 125+, etc.

It's a crazy time for cars and our slow ass bmw's!

Big Boost's M240i car is already doing 11.06 @ 132 trap speed. So yes definitely possible with a lot of modifications. I think once the new Supra really gets on ground and tuners/jdm market in general gets their hands on it we will easily see it happening with less supporting mods.

So just a heads up for all those who have the ZF transmission. My o-rings had some leakage on them, now granted I beat this car when I do go racing, but still at 17k miles was definitely surprised to hear that.

Besides the the car is being driven by the shop tomorrow for the first time on the road in 2 months. Very Excited to pick her up. The fun is soon to come!

As for custom tune my guy Mo will be doing the work over at DME Tuning. They are based out of Texas & New Jersey I believe. We are going to doing several tunes & will log each one with a dyno for you guys.

I've heard nothing but good things about DME. Their shop is about 10 minutes away from me in Houston. They have some insane cars come through that place haha (lots of McLarens )

This is an awesome build though, I'm anxious to see what all it can do!

The team is insane man. The talent, knowledge everything. I couldn't be more excited to keep working with them on the build.

If a big sedan was running high 10's back in the day, it was cooking. Now we're talking about 9's!

I remember running a s65 renntech that trapped 127 and put a couple of busses on on by 160. same setup from renntech traps 140 now.

So just to give everybody an update on the build. We had everything ready to go a couple weeks ago but after about 2/3 days of driving had some noticeable problems (keep in mind the shop still had the car we still have not started the break in period). Pulled the car back in and did an oil change and founds some larger than usual amounts of flakes of metal in the drain. Did a little more digging and came to find out that three of the bearings had some rapid wear showing to the car. Long story short we ended up having to re-gap a couple things due to listening to the regiments by third party no need to drop names at this point. Found out the information given from the company was just a little off by .003. We are putting everything back together over these next few days and should be back to our regularly schedule program.

Also want to add some great news that we actually have a custom set of bearing inside the car now provided by King Racing!!

I have about 200 miles knocked out of the break in period so far everything is running smoothly. I still can't get the car in boost just yet during break in period so I can't honestly tell you how the new mods feel. I can tell you the car definitely is a wild difference under neath the hood. I am going back to the shop tomorrow to get the engine looked over and will grab some pictures for you guys.
