Brake kit options

Hey guys, I bought myself my first car this week, it was a 2015 335i,

I noticed this one only had the Msport trim, which didn't include the Msport breaks, it has the grey ones, so I did some research and dug into and now have some decent knowledge about the packages (Man they are kind of confusing) but anyways

I was wondering if I should do a retrofit of the Msport brake kit or just go for a different set?

Thank you

What's your budget for the brake upgrade?

Are you looking for better visual aesthetics or improved braking performance?

depends what you'll be using the car for...if its just a street machine and you wanna get the ladies, then do the msport brakes. The upgrading the rear brakes will make a noticeable difference...the fronts, not so much.

if you're going to be doing some lapping, then the msport brake upgrade is the minimum you should be looking at. the stockers will work fine with the right pad and rotor...just no cool factor.

also for the front, there are blue calipers that accomodate 340mm rotors and blue calipers that accomodate 370mm rotors. the accomodated rotor size will be stamped on the back of the calipers.

figure out what you're using the car for and that will tell you what you need.
