I've had a Michelin one for years.

Never let me down.

Unlike Mrs NTG.

But don't tell her

Garage List
I got the earlier version of one of these Michelin pumps, with the analogue gauge rather than the digital, as it won the AutoExpress 'Best' award the year before. Very accurate and it screws on to the valve so no faffing around with the lever-type connectors.

What would you possibly be doing on a Sainsburys forecourt?

I've given up on electric pumps that plug into the 12v socket. Not had one that lasted more than a few goes. Might buy the double barrel one recommended above.

Had the previous version of this - excellent product, still going strong after several years.

So much easier than foot pumps!

It's not that, you sound like someone that doesn't drive very far and that much. So easy for you to plan your next fuel fill with your local on a calendar. Some of us don't have that luxury, me included.

No.

I think you'll find Shell forecourts over much of the country.

Probably not in Scotland now that it's run by communists

I've had the Ring Automotive RAC 630 for 3 years and it's still going strong:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ring-Automot...omotive+rac630

The digital gauge is backlit and you can set it to a certain PSI / BAR and it will stop pumping up to that pressure. There's a valve near the tyre value to allow air out if there's too much air or if you want to let it out and pump it back up to pressure.

It comes with a case and it's relatively square so no odd shape to pack in your boot.

The down side to this is the noise. It's very loud when it pumps and the air hose retains it's shape from the storage (round ovalish shape) which can get in the way of screwing or unscrewing from the presta valve.
