I would get them refinished but I got quoted $1000 so don’t know if it’s worth it

I'd expect these could fetch $1700 - $1800 after fixing all the rash/scuff marks, for rims only. - Won't be overnight either.
Tires are 0820 manufacturing date - 3 years old. Maybe $2000 - $2100 for the whole package with fixed rims and tires...

$1000 to fix the shown damages is not bad. Does that include straightening? - Because the rim on picture #4 for sure needs to be checked.

$400 - $500 as-is with tires is max imho

The front tires are Bridgestone all seasons, the rears are Chinese 'Greentrac'. It's worth $0 extra with the tires. Unless you meant a package deal with new tires.

When I swap wheel with someone it had curb on 2 and 1 from me in a driving through. As for the forth rim it happened yesterday and the worsted one I was driving on frith rd in Toronto to go to an old friends place that I haven’t seen in a long time the road was under construction and the new layer of asphalt haven’t been laid yet so the man hole cover was really high and I had a very aggressive front lip and the car is lowered so I was forcing on trying to not damage it and when I pulled up to the place I was going to park like parall to the driveway entrance which normally is the same height as the road but I’m was still so force on the front lip that I didn’t realize that the driveway entrance now is turn into like a small curb because there was no asphalt on the road and man was I pissed

I don’t think it will be worth for me unless I find a cheap place that can fix them because $1000 to fix and taxes I’ll only get an extra $100-200 plus I’ll need to buy 4 jack stand to pop the cat up while they fix it

Well... these wheels have diamond cut finish, not every place can do the quality repairs on them. Also, it sounds like you plan to drive the car as-is all year around. Other than suggesting to consider a winter set of wheels/tires and fixing these rims during winter time I have no other suggestions to offer. Good luck.
