I wouldn't be wanting to change the headrest personally, they're an important part of the safety system that is the seat. Replacing them for one that hasn't been tested properly could lead to much worse whiplash than you would otherwise get in an accident. Despite the negative press about people claiming for whiplash, it's very painful if you get it and can last for years.
