Somebody did a great job here:
https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=858607 Rotors bigger than 340 at the front will require 18" wheels.

I clearly wrote that will be 340mm front, 345mm rear.
They DO fit with 17”. Stock Bmw 17” wheels come with this combo two. My question was only about rear discs which they change depending on drum’s size which can vary between 160 or 185 mm. This is my only question and i have explained it on first message.. |

Hi, I have a 2013 330d with standard 1 piston brakes all round and 18 inch rims.
I believe one or both of my front calipers may be fu****d as I replaced the disks and pads around 1000 miles ago and I have already started to get severe juddering under braking as previously (hence why I replaced them). I also occasionally can hear brake squeal which tells me one of the pads is in contact with one of the disks. I want to retain the 18 inch wheels (pothole Britain), and have found out I can have the 340mm brake upgrade. I know now some 335d and 335i cars have front 340mm Brembo with single piston rear caliper and 330mm disk. Therefore I want to upgrade my front brakes to 340mm brembo and not touch the rears. Do I still need to carry out the coding after installing the 340mm brembo? Do I need to upgrade the master cylinder? I have read various threads but have not found a definitive answer. Thank you |

In the Thai F30 model mostly the handbrake is 160mm.
But there is an alternative solution for M Performance BBK with 345x24mm disc (drum size 185mm) By (Picture) Sleeve |

You will need to find out if you can use the 330s, if not you could still do 340s but it would throw the brake balance off.
