What color is this 340?

Just purchased this 340xi a few days ago, and I'm trying to figure out the exact color. According to VIN decoder, it's a special order paint. The dealership I bought it from said it was "gray black", which doesn't seem very official.

The attached pictures were taking on an overcast day, it hasn't been very sunny lately, so I can try to get some more.

I kind of describe it as like darker nardo gray (no metallic at all, flat), but I'm hoping that someone is able to identify it.

Nice clean M Sports package. look at the door sill will give you a color code or VIN look up too. Looks like black to me, but it has a gray touch.

Thanks! Went outside and realized I let my girlfriend drive it to work today. I'll have to wait a few hours. In the meantime, this is what it says when I run the VIN through a decoder:

When she gets home you can check the left front fender area inside the engine bay. There will be a decal showing the Individual paint name and code.

It looks like it could be Gray Black, a Porsche color.
