The negative camber wasn't done to clearance the wheels. -0.5 won't have any effect on tire wear if that is your concern. Typically improper toe settings or camber in excess of -2 is what will eat tires. A small amount of negative camber is was for lateral grip more than anything. I doubt you could even tell the difference visually between 0 and -0.5.

I'm on HR sport springs and otherwise stock suspension.

Interesting that when this thread was started it was asked that specs were included.

Size
Width
Offset
Tyre size

Looks like no one adds this now. Is this because of this ridiculous garbage that it's a big deal to share offsets? It only appears to be an American thing

Aha, okey. Thanks for the help :-)

Here's the rims I'm running;

These are 19" X 10" rear, and 8.5" front. with 235/40/19 and 255/35/19.

When I get my new rims, I'll be using these for the winter :-)

QFT. Would be a great reference tool if everyone would abide by the request.

Actually neg camber above -5 degrees is where it will start eating your tires. I am at -3 and wearing perfectly normal.

This information is not true. I ran over -5 on 2 different vehicles without excessive tire wear. A good alignment is key, also depends on your driving habits.

OK Going by what my shop told me. They said when you run over -5 degrees it gets tricky to align and many cars you can't without other mods. Most people on here will not see more than -3.5 since that is the max factory setting on the rear and front you have to have camber plates. Basically pointing out -1 or -2 is no big deal as some freak out over such small neg camber.

Anyhow here is my updated pic after the front face lift this week from Cars and Coffee someone posted up. Sad that the best picture of your own car is one taken by a stranger...LOL...

20x9 ET 35 w/245/35

Gents hoping for some help. I have some new wheels being built. 20x9 and 20x10. I currently have 20x8.5 et36 and 20x10 et 42 with 245/35/20 front and 255/30/20 rears. My new wheels are going to have some bigger offsets (closer to the lip). My question is for the guys running 275/30/20 rears. How are you guys running these tyres without rubbing?
Are running big camber? Or have you pullers the lips out a bit? All help greatly appreciated.

I went to -3 camber and as you see above it tucks some tire and no rub. Rear is 10.5" ET42 on 275/30.

On my next alignment I am going to ask them to max it out which I think is -3.5.

Hows that possible? We both have Vossens with ET42 at about the same drop. I am on coils but still I was dropping it until I rubbed. Without neg camber I was at about a finger gap. To tuck, neg camber was required.

I don't know what to say, it does not rub @ all. I'm on H&R Supersports but it's not tucking, it also depends on the tire you're using. Some tires are more square than others.

I'm pretty shocked that you don't rub at all based on that pic. What tires are you running?

OK I see now from this angle. I am tucking about 3/4-1" of tire and mine are way more square of a sidewall. Interesting how yours roll off that much. Almost looks stretched.

Ahh yes it is always about the tyre. I also see you guys are on 10.5 wide rear wheels which I am guessing is stretching the tyre slightly. How do you find the 452's?
I have read reviews and they all say they are really noisy and not so great in the wet. Would appreciate a fellow F30 owner review

Its ok in the rain. We had a lot of rain last week and i thought it did ok. As far as the noise is concerned, i have the Meisterschaft exhaust and whatever road noise it does have, it just get drowned out by it, lol.
