Most of the standalone products are Chinese ones that they repackage and charge a huge mark up

That's what a lot of these pop up aftermarket parts companies are doing. People assume the high price tag means they are higher quality products.

im not saying that people need to completely avoid bimmertech, just do their own research first. hopefully it isn't the first thing they come across when looking to upgrade
