Adjustable Height and Slide Armrest

Does anyone make one that can open to a few different positions and slide? My old 2010 A4 did this and it was great for long drives?

I know there are existing armrest swaps that will slide out an inch or so. I'm looking for both slide and multiple opening positions.

Is the sliding not standard,y car has a sliding armrest and to be honest all of my previous cars have always had this so I just assumed it was a standard feature.

I hate the way BMW milk their customers like this, for example folding rear seats aren’t standard in the f30, in this day and age I find that shocking.

Our USA car's armrest doesn't slide.

In 4 series only the cars with Alcantara arm rests slide. Too bad as my previous VW CC it both slid and adjusted height too.
