SILZKBR8D8S is just the newer version of SILZKBR8E8S. As far as I know it was a slight internal design change in the plug, nothing major, but because the 8D8S part number plugs are newer, it makes sense to get those (those are what I run).

Hold out for the "D" Thats what most of us are using. Change every 50k (or earlier if you want). |

I do 15-16, but yah it's 23nm or 16.9lbs. It's an aluminum block though and 17 just felt like I was working way too hard for it so I did just shy of that. It honestly isn't that important as long as you're ballpark.
