Used for 14,000 miles. Harness was replaced under warranty because the original harness may have thrown a code. I.e. it has the latest and greatest harness.

$1099 new. Why am I selling for so much less? In order to retain the Dinan warranty, you need to contact them and purchase a license. If you already have this unit, you save $500. Also keep in mind after you make the initial investment, if Dinan release another stage, you only pay the difference to upgrade. So you have two choices:

Use it as is, you get Dinantronics Stage 1 for less than half the retail cost
Pay Dinan for the license and harness, you get Dinantronics Stage 1 with warranty for less than retail
