If you're talking OEM F80/82 bumper then I would think not. At the very least it would not match up with F3x front fenders as the M4/M3 is wider

Now there are replica M3/M4 bumpers made, but they are made using special molds that give the M look - but still mate up with all your non M front components.

There are also rep M3/M4 steel front fenders made - the dies that stamp them are special to give that M look only as far as the side opening is concerned - the rest of the fenders mate to your non M hood, bumper, etc. They are no wider than the F3x fenders

When I had my 2009 328 E92, I replaced the E92 front fenders/hood/bumper with high quality rep parts that simulated the M3 look, but bolted right up and mated with one another. Hood was steel, fenders were plastic, bumper was polyurethane. Rep parts were hi quality and fit 9.9 outta 10 without much work. Hood was from IKONMotorsports, fenders & hood from forum vendor

So it would be possible to get the M3/M4 'look' with rep parts

Mebbe if you went the route of replacing the F3x hood, fenders, inner wheel panels, etc. with ALL OEM F8x parts - the OEM bumper would then fit. But that would be a chunk of change buying all those OEM parts...

Commonly used one is the Good Go brand ones for replica bumpers. Definitely not OEM ones though.
