Nothing special about those, I'm afraid. It's a 35w incandescent bulb, so it can't be brighter than any other decent 35w incandescent bulb. The blue tint makes it appear less yellow, but just like sunglasses they reduce light transmission. And laser?

LED is the way to go.

i want to replace my fog light to led. the oem spec is h8 35w so what spec do i need to buy the led? i can only find h8 12.5w or h8 15w led.

is that bright enough?

Ignore the wattage ratings. For equal light output LEDs use about 10% of the power of incandescent. Knowing that 99 out of 100 people don't know this and still choose LEDs based on the wattage rating most LED sellers overstate the actual wattage, some by silly high margins, in effect showing the wattage of a halogen with comparable output.

Note that you may have to do some work on the base to duplicate that of a halogen H8.
