G30 10.25 screen retrofit?

Has anyone done it yet? I would be very curious to know since that's a touchscreen model and looks modern IMO.

Wow, it looks very nice. I'm doing the ID6 retrofit soon, so I want to get a touchscreen to better use apple carplay and at the same time upgrade the size of the screen.

I think you have to hack up the dash to make it fit in an F30. Check the threads on the Android units.

The 10.25 CID from F10 or X5 is a much easier retrofit as many have done it.

I have done it in my F30. Had to cut the dash a little and am still planning on getting something custom made to fill in the gaps.

No I have not. The gap hasn't bothered me too much to actively pursue a solution. Lol
