AIR conditioning compressor disengaging and not blowing cold air

F30 , 320i , 2016 , 83000 km
After two coolant hoses went bad 11118511205 and expansion tank hose 17125A05950, https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=1816368 drained the coolant, replaced parts with the new ones , old coolant leaked over the steering wheel rack causing a carousel of errors , sprayed the steering rack cable with contract cleaner, cleared codes and drove off. And when I started the AC the compressor engages for 5 seconds and disengages , and 20 sec engages again for 1 sec and disengages again . In the brief moments it engages the air gets cold . Reads a lot of codes and clearing them makes no difference, they come again instantly and the problem still there. Codes are as follows:
ECM ( Engine Control Module - DME / DDE )
12A701 Oxygen Sensor After Catalytic Converter , Signal : Short Circuit To B +
129007 Oxygen Sensor Before Catalytic Converter , Signal : Short Circuit To B + (Intermittent)
ZGM ( Central Gateway Module )
801020 ZGM : Central Fault Memory Full - No Control - Unit Fault (Permanent)
AC ( Air Conditioning - IHKA )
801224 Air Conditioning Compressor : Shut Down Due To Excess Pressure In Refrigerant Circuit (Intermittent)

Checked the AC pressure sensor 64539323658 and compares it to readings taken with a pressure gauge and turns out it’s not faulty , then checked all the connections and sprayed contact cleaner and air on them to make sure water from the coolant repair didn’tdamage any of them, reconnect and nothing, same problem.
The pressure stars from rising from 20 or so, up to 30 then the compressor disengages (which is a safety thing not to explode the refrigerant lines) and when it tries to engage again it quickly reaches the 30 mark quickly so it cuts off .
My mechanic told me he cannot fix it and he has no idea what’s going on so I’m left alone on this. Don’t know how on earth fixing a coolant leak brought this upon me and I’ve searched the entire internet for this code 801224 but couldn’t find a clear fix for it.
Anyone have encountered this problem???

Sounds like you have a blockage in the system that is causing you over-pressure issues.

But is it possible for the refrigerant lines to get clogged without charging or discharging them ??!
I’ve roaming the internet since and asking petrol heads and the most plausible thing they told me is the expansion valve 64119289832 not opening ....
Plus , I don’t believe it’s just coincidence to happen after the coolant change I’ve done ,, and the short circuits in the oxygen sensor ,
One last thing , the ac lines on the right side next to the coolant reservoir gets VERY HOT , is that a thing or it’s not normal ?
I don’t know , I’ve booked an appointment with the dealership this Monday . Hope they fix it

I know there is the expansion valve, and I've heard of orifices in that system (might be in the expansion valve?) I wouldn't expect anything in the actual lines, but if debris plugged the orifices', then you'd have a blockage.

I know parts do get stupid hot since it's basically extracting heat from one side and replacing it with cool. Dealership should be able to easily find it though (hopefully!).

Hopefully, I’m going tomorrow, hope it’s an inexpensive fix 😅 I’m going tomorrow, I’ll update u.

Ok back from the dealership, they’ve quoted me around 3000$ parts only , they’ve found refrigerant in the coolant (white bubbles they say) , leak in the charge air cooler 11618603914 , bad radiator 17118625430 , and Condenser air conditioning with drier 64509338330 .
When I asked what caused this domino affect they said probably the condenser started it, then the Freon leaked through the condenser to the coolant, and probably corroded the air charge intercooler ,
And about why the pressure rose inside the refrigerant they said because of the condenser
And about the other codes they have no clue, was told they might disappear if we fix the other stuff

Hi, so did you get everything fixed? I’m having very similar issues as you, same error code. Would be great if you can let us know the outcome…

Yeah did at the dealership, costed me a fortune though,,
The most unrealistic thing for me is the broken top mount intercooler , and the ac condenser , how on earth would a closed intercooler gets shot like that and start leaking ?!
And what caused the ac condenser to get bad ?!
I don’t know
