But I will say I might be in the minority as that was about $500 over invoice or invoice after the credit.

I should have my car within 60 days of ordering so had pretty good allocation too, if it wasnt stuck at port for 2 weeks, it wouldve been sooner.
Hopefully have within 1-2 weeks.

Looks like the good deals are starting to be had on the 435i. I knew I was losing some savings to have one of the first, but ED and Oktoberfest combined and redelivery before Thanksgiving were worth the extra 1500 or so. But glad to see you guys doing so well. Some seriously great deals going on here.

Seeing better deals nowadays. I got mine at 1000 over invoice. I was getting a few deals that were about 300-600 over invoice, but ultimately went with a dealer that was reputed in these forums and answered my calls / emails. Didn't mind the slight premium given customer experience is a huge factor in the whole buying process

I finally received my production number today. Added this to my account on bmwusa.com but the model/color is wrong. I ordered a 435 xDrive coupe in Estoril Blue. The website shows that I ordered a 435 convertible in Black Sapphire Metallic. Is this normal?

Very normal - some problem with the bmw website. Your CA should have sent you the VIR (vehicle inquiry report) which should be the config you ordered.

Once your 4er enters production, the description on the website corrects a bit, but not totally. i wouldn't worry about it - but i would double check it with your CA

Happened to me. This means they used an allocation they had, which they had ordered as a "lot" car. And now they changed that allocation for you.
In a week or so, it will reflect your order.
