HI everyone,

I just got word today that BMW Canada will not be discontinuing the Touring model from their lineup in the future.

Now...this is all hearsay but a dealer apparently asked the CDN marketing guys today for me and they said the only model on it's way out for sure is the GT.

Thank god b/c I god damn love the Touring.

So now my question.

I at the point where I'm just about ready to trade in my F30.

I COULD wait a year or so for the G20 Touring to come out. But then, my current car will likely have another 20,000 kms or so...trade in value gets less and less...

And...we have no real idea what the new 3 Touring will look like.

I could take advantage of the new pricing for the F31 Touring for 2018. I do have to say, I love the current touring model. Every time I see one, I regret not getting a wagon again.

G21 is coming in two years from now. If coming at all.

Usually the touring model is launched a year or so after the sedan so you would have time. Just take a 3 year lease and let the first model year suckers have all the issues. My 2017 touring feels way better built than my 2014...

I would love to have 550i Touring on my driveway instead of my X5.

I went to order a wagon, test drove the 440 and well, the 440 won. Lol
