Air Con F32 Issue, Only 2 levels on Passenger side

I have an issue with my air con on manual, driver side has 3 lines however only shows 2 lines on passenger. I bought the car this week, has anyone here come across this issue before?

Forgot to mention this is a 2016 420d xDrive MSport

That’s correct as drivers has windscreen and passenger doesn’t need control over that.
