7 Series Wheels on F30

Hello,

Well I do not have much knowledge about wheels and tires thats why Im looking for an answer here, if someone could.

I do have an option to get 7series wheels p/n: 7841824 with 275/35 and 245/40 tires on. I do have F30 328i normal suspension and i wonder if they will fit my car?

Thank you

Edit :

As far as i found

Front 20x8.5 +25mm
Back 20x10.0 +41mm

I'm not sure how the calculations work, but I'm pretty sure the total wheel diameter will be quite a bit too big with those tires. I just read another thread where someone who went with a higher profile tire than standard on some 19s and he found that there was some rubbing going on in certain certain driving conditions. You might find the same.

As a comparison, my factory 20s are 255/30 in the back and 225/35 in the front. Considering you are going wider and higher profile sounds a bit iffy since one would typically go lower profile (or stay the same if within range) when going wider.

As for the wheels, the fronts are going to be super aggressive and I think will probably stick out quite a bit? Again, someone who knows the math will be able to tell you by exactly how much.

The tires are way too large in diameter. The OEM F30 setup uses tires that are 26" +/-...245/40-20 tires are 27.6". You could consider a diameter as large as 26.6 - 26.7 but that's about the practical limit.

Use this calculator if you want to see how this works: http://www.e90post.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=12

OEM tire and wheel sizes are listed here: http://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=685033

The wheels would be a pretty aggressive fit. The rears would extend out 25mm beyond the OEM setup. The fronts would extend 17mm. My guess is that you'd need some combination of much smaller tires, negative camber and/or fender work.

There will be a little poke of the wheels outside the fender, but will work.
