I'm in NI, just outside Newry, I haven't used esys (not brave enough) I use the BimmerCode app and wireless vgate adapter which works for most things - anyone near me is welcome to see that in action or use it on their car

I'm from Belfast. 335d touring. Haven't ventured into coding but would like dvd in motion. Not sure there is much else I would be bothered with.
There is a healthy number of people on the baby BMW forum and a dedicated NI thread. Some guys there have their cars coded.

I have Bimmercode too. Useless for the more advanced stuff like Enhanced Bluetooth!! Need E-sys for that.

I know there is a guy up Derry/LondonDoire who codes bmws. But hasnt grasped the F models yet. And John Leacock (ex-Bavarian tech) refuses to code aftermarket stuff into peoples cars. Believe me i have tried to get him to do my car, when he reset my ecu back to factory settings after a Bimmercode fiasco!!

Nope. Worked fine on my 2013 F31. I sucessfully added EBT to my Pro Nav. There's a post on here somewhere.

From Downpatrick myself done a lot of coding in my time on my own cars and a few other jobs.

Have all the gear there bar an ICOM as can’t justify a genuine one but have retrofitted a few iDrives, extended bluetooth and then the usual coding people want.

Wouldn’t really be too active on this forum although quite a lot of coding on RMSMotoring.co.uk its a NI based forum.

Any questions fire them my way.

I have really strugled with 2 installs of INPA.
None of the files contained E90 with N47 engine. Eventually got files but got error when loading.
Next install I cannot even get INPA to Open.

What is your recommendation for suitable sowtware or tool and best location to source?

I need to do two things ASAP
R56 - Reset Airbag Error after removing seat then starting car with seat unplugged.
I need to get this car back to my daughter but don't want to give it to her with an Airbag error

E90 / N47 Engine - Diagnose Emmission error, still there after fitting new EGR valve - light goes out by itself sometimes but always comes on again.

I am quite able to install software and follow instructions, but most INPA instrctions are never complete and few sources have E90 / n47 files

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
