Hey guys I'm thinking about getting a set of rims for my F30 330i

these are the sizes I have currently.

225/40 19
355/35 19

I'd like to get a set of 18 inch wheels.

What size wheels and tires can I run without throwing anything out of wack?

255/40 18

I don't think you need alignment, drive it for a while then see if you notice something that need alignment
