Indy is quoting me $700 to paint m sport bumper. It's Selma brand so it's a direct fit. This seems rather high to me - I assumed $500 top for non metallic paint. Curious what everyone else is paying?

I previously owned a 2014 328i and decided to upgrade to the msport bumper kit. Ebay bumper kit pp plastic NO fiberglass! very high quality whole kit 850$ shipped freight to my doorstep. Had a Indy shop just to paint alpine white color code 300. Painted all front bumper, rear bumper, both side skirts for 750$ out the door very high quality work and the bumpers had PDC and side cameras on front bumper. I was calling around town for about 2 hours getting quotes, maybe try looking around for a small shop with good reviews.

That's about the rate from a good shop here in the DC area to remove, prep, paint & reinstall. Should be cheaper if it's off the car.

$700 to paint a bumper fascia and you're bringing them the part? That is sky high, should be roughly half that at the most. Are you having them fit it to the car as well?

Paint job shoukd be between 250- 400 anything above is too much.

Thanks guys. This is the quote for only painting. I told them I'd be willing to uninstall current bumper and install the new, as I believe it's relatively simple.
