Hello i got a bmw 320d 2014 with the N47D20C engine only 161bhp its just gone bang and i was wondering if the 215 bhp N47D20C will fit straight in and is it just plug and play or do i have to change turbos and and remap my ecu for it to run that engine i believe all the blocks are the same as long as the engine code is the same just wondering if i can just chuck the 215 engine in and not have to change anything. Any advice would be much appreciated thanks in advance

Isn't that the twin-turbo model from the UK 325D? If so, the conversion may be a lot more involved than say a single-turbo 201bhp model from a later 320D.
