What winter wheel is this

Anyone know what winter wheel this is? It's an OEM BMW wheel and Has 225/45/18 right now but I want to put a 255/40/18 instead, would it work?

Out of curiosity, why would you want to go wider on a winter tire? It's going to decrease your winter weather traction...which is why you run winter tires in the first place.
I'd stick with 225s.

Mainly putting them on for the cold temperature, not to drive in snow or ice.

Even with no snow, winter tires are a lot better with temps below 40F. I swap my all seasons to my Michelin winter tires once temps are consistent below that temp. I go to work at 2am so I'd want tires that handle the best in those temps (I see a lot of deer/debris on the road at that time)
