I purchased them from RW Carbon, they were reasonably priced at $185 and designed to be OEM replacements that fit into the slots and catches for the original mirrors.
I ordered them November 24 and they were delivered on the 29th (five days with the holiday in there to boot and shipped all the way across the country). Here they are installed: Passenger Side Driver Side Full Car The fitment was excellent and they look great. I did have some questions about installation and they were promptly answered by RW Carbon via email. Overall I would recommend them. |

I watched the shop do it on mine, they used a trim puller (plastic spatula) to pop the mirror off the front then delicately popped the fasteners out from that side, then gently pushed the new cover into that place making sure it was all aligned as it when into place.

I just ordered the $99 ones on ebay (from polarbear), they look ok in the photo and are returnable if they don't fit properly, I will try to post a pic after they are mounted.
cheers... |

Just installed mine today.
I bought them on Ebay for $107 with free delivery (in the world) - No customs tax since it is sent as "gift" for a price of $18 (love these chinese guys). Delivery time: 2 weeks Installation time: First side mirror 15 min (I tried to understand how to remove the stock caps properly). Second side mirror 2 min. Pros:
Bottom line: I recommend this product like 4/5 stars The quality is here and fitting is good. Not perfect, but still good. I will very likely get used to it and won't notice it anymore. I haven't find a better price for carbon fiber side mirror caps until now. You can go for it! Some pictures: Last edited by SchweiZ4; 02-02-2015 at 12:29 PM.. Reason: Adding Ebay link |
