Would love to know the thought process on that one!!
The missus was with me at the time and her words were 'this looks nice' and it snowballed from there...although the xdrive swung it after the previous winter.....then f. All snow after buying it....worst buy ever!!

He is the Sales Manager at Berry BMW Heathrow. Top guy, will be the first place I look for any future cars despite being 170 miles away.

Does he reply to emails pretty quick or not ie, if not worth the hassle nothing or weeks after receiving it?

I know I'm flogging a dead horse here like, but hey, shy bairns get nowt.

Probably end up getting either PPK or some remap and a back box with some springs thrown in for good measure

Yes, did for me. I guess you need to decide if serious or not & if so, tell him on the email.

Good luck.

Thanks for that, I am serious, if the deal is right.....it would have been a whole lot easier if I'd just went straight for a 330 or 335 instead of the 320

There might be some decent discounts on pre LCI perhaps?

There are some massive 3 series discounts out there at the moment. I am currently looking at various current options vs waiting for the LCI but have been offered a new 320d M Sport Touring with various options for £30k. If it was just a facelift I would go for it but he new B47 engines look very interesting especially around mpg (potentially around 16-17% more economical).

There are some big discounts available (I got £8.5k off my 335d this time last year), but with £9k negative equity factored into the equation, the total credit is likely to be higher than list price.
Can't recommend TRL enough, but he's not a miracle worker!

He's replied and said its a non starter for at least 12 months...so I'll have to let the idea go......for now.......

The 8k mileage allowance is going to be a bit of a moot point.....currently sitting at 9400 after 5 1/2 months...me thinks I'll be looking at a cheap runabout and have an expensive ornament sitting on the drive.
