I had the chance to test drive and check out this car. Will have to say that it is in excellent shape. The price is a no brainer. I would have pulled the trigger but I didn't want to set aside money for the MSDs. Who ever assumes this lease is getting an unbeatable deal. I ended up with a 2015 f30 with less options and less power with no MSDs.
