I lowered my car with Dinan Performance Springs and installed new wheels and tires.

I went with the TSW Sebring:
Front 20x8.5 +35 w/ 245/35/20 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S
Rear 20x10 +25 w/ 275/30/20 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S

When I'm driving and hit small dips in the road, I can hear the tires rub. I believe all four corners are rubbing. The rear is sticking out a bit too far and is rubbing on my fender.

I need some guidance on what I need to purchase to get everything under control. I want to keep the ride height as close to where it is without any more rub.

It's either lift the car or put narrower tires on the car.

I was thinking more on the lines of adjustable camber plates and camber arms, but I'm not sure...

They're used to make it possible to do an alignment when excessive lowering makes it otherwise impossible. That's not the problem here. In your quest to eliminate reveal you've found out why reveal exists. I'd say if you want to keep those tires you're going to have to lift by an inch or so. If you think it's bad now wait until you hit a pothole or speed bump.

Those wheels are poking a lot. Why are you running that amount of offset ? It's not compatible with that ride height and camber combination.

In terms of fixing the problem :

Different wheels with a more suitable offset, such that the face of the wheel does not protrude past the outside face of the arches.

Negative camber to tuck the top of the tyres into the arches. This may require aftermarket parts to be installed.

Remove the wheel spacers, if you are currently running them.

Increase the ride height.

My problem is I purchased the wrong offset. The rear is +25... So without having to purchase new wheels I'm wondering if adjusting the camber a few degrees will solve the problem.

That would be alot of camber.

I would say that you need new rear rims. With ET35 i would be possible but with ET25 i would say no

Just one person's opinion but the amount of camber required to tuck those tyres could seriously affect the handling of the car. Plus it may also look very odd, but looks are subjective of course.

In your shoes I'd bite the bullet, buy the correct offset wheels and sell your current ones to recover some of the cost.

I agree with the above. The amount of negative camber needed would be extreme.
