Is the car still under warranty?

If the symptoms got worse after the springs installation, it might be related as the springs can settle unevenly in a rare instance. Worth checking.

How is the tread wear on both front tires?

Yup still under warranty.

I'll have to check tire wear, if it is uneven does that mean another alignment?

Warranty helps! The dealer should be able to verify that all front suspension components like control arms are not bent. If the symptoms can be consistently replicated and this seems to be the case, then it's just patience.

Do not accept the car unless the shop foreman agrees to drive with you and confirm that the vehicle no longer pulls in any direction.

Agreed this makes the most sense.

This is the important part to have them in the car. I am severely short on time with the new job and family obligations, will have to see what I can do.

Thanks!

Does your vehicle have M Adaptive suspension? If one shock fails to perform, this can lead to the symptoms you are describing.

It's a long shot. If the car still pulls, the search for the root cause may need more attention. One of the control arms may have a manufacturing defect. The car should not pull. By the way, there will be reluctance to diagnose this problems with aftermarket springs.

Since your dealer installed Dinan springs, then I don't see any reason why the service department should not pay closer attention to adaptive shocks. While it's rare, these shocks have been known to fail even on newer cars. Worth checking.

Hmm that's a good idea. Very possible one of them is leaking. On a separate note, do you have experience with spacers? I put some on last week and noticed the ride being less planted.

This happened to me awhile back and it ended up being the tires...they flipped the fronts but not the backs, and my car started to pull to the right as well.

They removed the tires? Wouldn't you be able to swap the wheels side to side? I could try that.

I'm suggesting you swap the wheels side to side, assuming your tires aren't directional. The pulling in my case was due to the tires (tire wear).

I'll give it a go this weekend. I would think swapping them would just make the car pull left logically, but car related stuff is never logical.

With 4K miles, it's a low probability that tire wear is the root cause, unless wheel alignment has been so far away from specifications.

Something tells me that this is a suspension geometry problem, i.e. uneven vehicle posture. Good luck and please keep updating this thread.

Did you ever take it back to the dealer after post # 12 and have the service manager ride/drive with you? If so, what did he say/do? If not, why not? At this point, you are just "pissing into the wind". You're under warranty- use the damn thing and have them fix it!
