Known problems, driver side interior door handle is strangely decaying. Not a big deal, its just sticky. Fog light warning light is on due to the aftermarket bumper not having any fog lights. Front lip needs replaced as it is cracked in two places.

Not actually that strange. It's a known problem with several models. Happened on my UK spec E90. You can get a leather wrap to cover it up for about 20-30 bucks. Leathersteering in the UK sells them, but I imagine there's a place stateside that must sell them as well. On the E90, most folks would just assume the whole door handle was supposed to be covered in leather. On the F30, the leather wrap would cover up the Aluminum Hexagon trim you have, but it's waaaay easier than taking the door off and dealing with the plastic rivet things.
