My F31 320d Luxury

Hi everybody.

I've always loved BMW's and now I got a F31 320d for a great price. I couldn't lose the deal so I had to skip some extras I'd like to have in my car. It's the Luxury version and the option chosen by the previous owner are listed bellow:

Here are some pics:

I really would love that the car had the full M package (exterior and interior trim, sport seats, M suspension and M brakes. For now, I only have the M steering wheel with the automatic sport transmission.

All of these M options are possible to retrofit right?

I think I have the standard suspension I have. My doubt on this subject is because when you go the to Portuguese BMW car configurator, when you choose the Luxury package, the only thing I'm asked is if I'd like to add the M adaptive suspension, the M suspension or to "remove the sport suspension". Does it comes with some kind of sport suspension? Is there anyway I can confirm this? Because the list taken from the VIN above doens't mention any kind of suspension in the options.

What about the professional iDrive, rear camera with parking assist and sport seats? Can these be retrofitted too?
The seats is what I miss the most. I tend to slip a little bit on these ones making faster rides a little more uncomfortable.

As for problems I notice in the car, I can only feel a slight vibration on the wheel when I'm driving above a certain speed and my hood is slightly misaligned. It looks like it a bit high on the left side (as it is possible to see in the last picture).
Are these common problems?

The car has only 29000 km's and I still have 2 years of the BMW Inclusive service (5 years or 100000 km's).

As for the rest, I'm loving the car.

Congrats on a beautiful wagon!

You've got the nice M Sport steering wheel and the SAT.

It's possible to retrofit the exterior M Sport packages and the wheel suspension, but it will be expensive.

Maybe a better option to go aftermarket, at least with the suspension and fit some coilovers if you decide to spend the money.

Although I know the aftermarket solutions are good, I really only like to use OEM material. Makes the car more valuable when re-selling after a couple of years. That's why I prefer the M suspension.

I understand that.

The static M Sport suspension is probably not that expensive to retrofit. But only lower the car by 10mm so the difference might be hard to even notice.

The M Performance suspension is an additional 10mm lower if I remember correctly.

I was talking about the static one. The M Performance is too expensive and I think that it would be a overkill in a 320d.

Between the M static and the adaptive one I'd like to have the adaptive but I know that it's almost impossible to fit it after buying the car. That's why I would be happy with the M standard suspension. Does it only get the car lower or also stiffer? Because I think the standard suspension is a little too much soft. But I wonder, how bad is it actually?

Will be slightly stiffer.

The total amount of travel is reduced by 10mm, therefore the stiffness of the springs needs to be increased.

I had static M Sport suspension on my previous F31, I think it provides good comfort combined with the 10mm drop in ride height.

I'm pretty confident that I can retrofit every BMW M mechanical component. The biggest problem will be the seats. Does anyone have the idea of the retail price over BMW parts?
If they're too expensive, I'll have to look into totaled cars. But it will still be difficult because my Dakota Leather is like brand new and I don't want to add 2 seats where the wear is noticeable.

Yes I know. But I can't find sport seats for the F30 too.

In another subject, I'm totally lost regarding a retrofit of my iDrive.
I've read this thread and understood the differences of both system. Since my car is from 2013 I guess I already have the NBT.
Can I retrofit the professional NBT on my car? Is there a thread where it details the process or is there some place to buy the whole retrofit "package"?
