Need recommendation for LA/OC/SD shop with experience in BMW wiring projects

I will be retrofitting NBT Evo head unit and ATM module in my family vehicle - 2015 BMW X5. 3G services will be discontinued in February 2022.

Project overview:

1. Buy NBT Evo head unit with original VIN flashed
2. Work with a local dealer to configure a new ATM module with original VIN
3. Buy NBT Evo wiring loom from topdonas1 seller on eBay
4. Ask an experienced shop to install NBT Evo head unit, ATM module, and wire all components

Any recommendations?

I would try EAS in Anaheim and see if they area able to. I know they do coding with many things so they should be able to help
