Just curious on anyone's experience running Big Boost Turbo 3.3 or 3.4 stages. Details, concerns, suggestions, etc. appreciated.

My Big Boost purchase and return experience was the worst retail customer service experience I've ever had. A lot of people have the same poor experience dealing with missing parts and endless excuses. After nearly 6 months of repeated, "I just shipped it out," I ended up having to rely on a PayPal dispute to come through in my favor for me to get my money back. All that said, for those who don't run into the typical issues, the kits seem to perform well. Good luck getting to that point, though.

local guy to me whom I ran into a few months back had a terrible experience with them. missing and wrong parts. Had to have stuff fabricated and constant issues with lies and no support.

I guess once it was settled he was good but he had to spend a bunch of extra money and it took forever.

We have had our issues with delays in response and shipping with them but that's about it.

I usually tell my customers to expect a few weeks for the turbo to ship.

He does not respond to emails nor dms in a timely manner at all. Sometimes there is never a response. You will see the complaints on his on Big Boost FB page Mike.

I was so glad when this video came out because right after you saw Juan make a plea insisting on getting help and also not using third party companies to make his products. He is till hard to believe and I take his words with a grain of salt.

The owner of that green car went through some challenges with Juan as well. I know him personally .

It's a custom, simple log manifold that I welded up with a GTX3582R Gen II on it.

Juan is a piece of work. I ordered a kit from him in october. He told me there would be a wait. So i said ok. 2 months pass by and 300 calls to his personal number and shop number no answer. Finally reached him and had a set date to ship. The date came and went so i figured it was shipped. Come to find out Juan never shipped out the kit after me waiting 2 months and paid. To top it off he then tells me since i have xdrive the kit wouldnt fit because of my mount. His customer service is HORRIBLE.

We just received a batch of tracking numbers for the pending Big Boost orders. Looks like they are just running behind and trying to keep up with the increase in sales
