$200 for a drag race?! Hahaha as if, I'm always down for a race but that's absurd. My car is currently in the shop getting re-tuned after BMW's latest and greatest software update. Made it almost impossible to tune so I'm curious to see how BM3 will do for the updated cars, any news on that?

Its like $157 with discount for the roll racing.

And this is basically a private all day roll racing event... there is a cap on the amount of cars there so you can run a ton of times... definitely worth it to me. I ran a good 20 times last year and its a ton of fun. Very high end and fast cars there.... I was basically the slowest one there and my car is by no means slow lol. Real car enthusiasts no assholes there so it really doesn't matter as long as your car is running together in one piece (they frown upon and turn away broken cars and cars leaking any fluids as it should be)... its a really great event nonetheless.

That does sound like a lot of fun to be honest. I'll have to think about it, but right now I need tires, hopefully 19" rims, and a lower suspension set up, as well as a fund for my future Spec e46 car so we'll see!

Yea its Roll-Racing (starting earlier this year) limited to 80-100 cars ( I have to find out) most of the day and then last 3hrs of the event turns into DIG.
Don't let Crashnbrn5 be the only Fast GT running that day lol.

Sport+ or DSC completely off
1st or 2nd gear take of and around what rpm you are boosting the pedal?

DSC completely off.

Do you have launch control? Try using that lol.

I recommend launching around 2-3k rpm (start low and play with the rpms each time, if you start getting a bunch of wheelspin lower the launch rpm.) Auto guys may comment on the gear, but I think most start in 1st... though I've read a bunch of higher power guys start in 2nd.

Bring tire pressure gauge and drop rear tires. IIRC, I run like 28 psi in my rears - helps with traction off the line.

Thanks. I have launch control but it is hard to activate it, at least for me. I tried before and 1 suspenseful out of 10. So not gonna try.

Also, do you use any other extra fuel mix I can add to increase octane beside e85. I filled up on Sunday with 5 gallons of E rest 93 full tank, like e35 I think.

Meth would be the next choice E30-E35 + Meth is the best combo (Cooling + Higher Octane + Power Adder) there is.

I was referring just for the track day. Like some of those race gas bottle or booster they sale at the store.

Unless you can tune on the fly, wouldn't extra octane be useless? Octane is the resistance to knock so if your current set up isn't knocking, I don't see how extra octane would help unless you can also increase boost/compression along with the race gas or additive.

Yes, is to use it with map 7. Doesn't map 7 actually said that needs race gas?
I use map2 on 93, map5 and map6 on e35. I haven't try map7 because of that and my map 6 settings are from 14 to 17 psi for a consistently than map5. So I can try map 7 to get the 18 psi or change the psi on map 6 on the fly, not to hard with the app.
