use the serial number and google , fastest way to a solution .
mine came out of a b48 engine , its the same pump , hdp5evo

Looks like the consensus is this b58 pump only will pump 5% more fuel. Not enough to make it a worthwhile swap. Guess I'll wait for that other company to put out a pump that will beat the xdi

The only company making a upgraded HPFP is XDI.

But competition is always welcomed and is great for us, the consumer!

VIS motorsports have already developed a hpfp for the n55 to compete with XDi but have put it on hold due to full production capacity for TFSI VAG motors.

**Correction, No company has released an official HPFP upgrade for the F-series N55 motor aside for XDI**

I haven't searched the internet for other options, so quite possibly there could be others making something but I'm sure it would have been posted on one of these forums!

People have mentioned other companies in the process of it but nothing has been brought to light!

What about upgrading the lpfp can you squeeze more power out of the hpfp?

euh no , its called a high pressure pump for a reason

you will need a larger lpfp if it has to feed a PI rail too

Their exact response to me when I asked them when they will release it "We can't say exactly,we would like to way yes,but more precise is next year"

I contacted vis. They said end of year or even next year.

I also contacted twisted tuning. They said they are going to release a version that will allow a second pump to be added and as well another s55 dual pump kit.

The xdi pump looks amazing and seems like a really easy product to use. But the price is just awful. Here in Australia we would have to pay extra shipping then an import tax of another 15% this would almost bring the unit to 3000 aud. Which is alot of money.

I'm hoping someone releases a b58 hpfp upgrade that's able to work with the n55.

When you run PI is there a second pump involved or are you using just your one hpfp? Or both ways work? I'm just trying to plan my fuel system for 500 whp on pure pump fuel. No meth nor ethanol.

Don't believe there is a second pump. They use the aic controller tho and if u get a decent kit it's almost the same price as the xdi

Yes for simplicity I just want one new hpfp hopefully one comes out by eoy for about 1200-1500 bucks. Wonder when the n55 injectors become the limitation?

I have my ps2 installed and you can just tell there is so much more left in it.

I haven't heard any issues with injectors tbh.
