Fuel Additive

Is anyone out there adding fuel booster or additive when they fill up? I always fill up with 93 octane but still don't trust the crappy gas. Thanks!

No. Use Top Tier gas and you really do not need additives. Though the value of the additives/detergents in the gas to keep valves et al clean is less critical with DFI engines. Still helpful for the injectors themselves.

Only fuel additives I use is fuel cleaner every 6 month... even if I'm using 100% top tier gas.

I use Chevron Techron fuel system cleaner. I've seen plenty of YouTube videos that show that the stuff really does work and does remove carbon deposits.

I only use top tier gas as well but every four months I toss in a bottle of techron.

I use chevron Techron concentrate plus once in a while. At like 3 bucks a pop I mean why not?
