Mini F56 replacement of the Basis radio and adding BT and DAB

Hello everyone. Maybe I'm writing in the wrong place, so if so correct me. I have a question about replacing the Basis radio without BT with the same with BT and DAB. I have a Mini F56 with a simple 6818042 radio and I miss a hands-free kit in it. I decided to replace it with the 6841603 unit which has BT and additionally DAB. When it comes to cabling and assembly, I can of course handle it, but I need help with programming. Maybe some of you have been working on this or a similar topic and would be willing to write what I will have to program and how. I will add that the OEM radio was in Germany and the one I was able to buy was GB. Thank you in advance and I can help with car audio matters because I know what I am doing.
