Best springs for a 340i adaptive M suspesion with M sport?

Hey guys i just cant get an answer for like what is the most modest drop springs I can put on my specific make. Ive tried dinans on a non m sport non adaptive car and they sucked.

Lot of people are saying ACS springs are the best, but I don't know can i get some help? I don't want to get coil overs because they're way too expensive and also it might remove the comfort dampers and sport dampers like I get with the adaptive m suspension.

any help?
