So I can understand what Model designation deletion is (on boot), and Trim designation deletion on side (on, er the side), but what is Show trim designation?

The ? hints just say you can only select one of the above. PS, these options are shown on most lease sites and broker sites, but not on the BMW configurator.

probably the horrible x drive badge, possibly the luxury badge or sport badge that's available in other markets. Ask your lease company.

nah, that's the side trim designation

On BMW configurator you only have options for rear (model) and side (trim) badges deletion.

Brigand is right - it's just that the specific configurator you're looking at is asking you 2 options about side trim, either tick yes for keep or tick yes for delete, rather than most configurator s which by default assume they aren't deleted unless a specific option ticked
