Did diffuser change for 2019 F32?

Did anything change with the fitment of the diffuser for the LCI F32? I was going to order from the eBay page from one of the sponsors on here but they state the diffuser is only for 14-16 F32. It seems like everything is the same with the rear bumper so not sure why it shouldn't fit.
