And I have folding mirrors only, and do have the dipping mirror function.

OK, thanks for the responses guys.
I guess this clears things up and leaves me with no dipping wing mirror. Oh well, I have the reversing camera, so that should be fine.... |

I'd have thought so as it only uses the same hardware as fitted to all F30s, electric mirrors.

Arh... Yes, that memory function would be required.

This basically sucks arse
I have had this basic feature on every bmw ever owned. Why would the sales staff not think to inform people of such changes to std items Cannot also believe the I drive no longer connects through USB to iPhone without EBT or pro nav but will happily play tracks from a Flashdrive! Where are all the BMW geniuses when ordering |

BMW dealerships have a poor reputation which has been bourne true by the survey in Auto Express.
My car has to go in for a seat cover change (worried they'll damage trim) and also there is a massive gap between the bumper top bit and the bonnet which seems to have increased ever since they replaced the front bumper after the accident. The bodyshop guys are very helpful but I've had to point out so many fitting errors. Drives me nuts. Hope the fix is easy. It's been in 5 times to get the alignment of lights and bumper as when new.

Typical BMW service... Takes a month to have the car booked in (If you require courtesy car). Then they have your car in for 2 days then call you, car is all ready for pickup..
You go over the repair with them, and they say we've had a technician test the car out, took it out on a road test and found no errors |
