Check Engine Light

My car is a 2013 328i xdrive and has about 2800 miles on it. It has been in the shop 4 times so far (twice for the same problem) and is about to go in again. Currently the issue is the check engine light is on and the clock will not keep time correctly.

Has anybody else seen this issue?
