Mods for F30 330d xdrive

Hi guys,

I have a 2014 330d xdrive with luxury trim. I bought it used last year as an approved BMW which has one year warranty, expiring this June. I'd like to make some mods to the car after that point and whilst I've read up on some historical threads on here, I wanted to check if there's any updated knowledge in 2020. So here goes.

Changing from run flat tyres

I currently have Bridgestone potenza's which were brand new on the car. They're on roughly 4mm tread so have plenty of life, but I read that driving performance and comfort is improved with using non run flat tyres. I have the xdrive model which has different tyre profiles front and back (19" wheels).

Is it still OK to use non run flat variants of exactly the same dimensions, especially with the xdrive system? Is there a reccomended tyre that works well with this car? I mostly do motorway/highway driving with the occasional gravel country lane.

Exhaust

Is it possible to install a 3rd party exhaust system to this car? Is there even any purpose in doing this for a diesel? Is there any improvement in performance or sound? I've seen YouTube videos where people have deleted the DPF and EGR and in some of these cases the car seemed to have a nice (subjective) growl. Can I achieve similar resets with a change of exhaust?

Mapping

At some point I'd like to get a decent map on the car as I've read that it improves performance and also efficiency in diesels. Can any Brit's advise on trusted mapping specialists? I'm based in South Wales and am willing to travel a few hours if need be. What real life advantages have 30d owners seen?

Suspension

I've read good reviews on the AC Schnitzer spring replacement. Are these still a good bang for your buck or should I really look into coil overs rather than changing one element?

PS here's some pics of my car at present. First two pictures are after I took the car home, the next two pictures are after a thorough wash and clean a few months later and the final picture is after the aforementioned clean sitting under the street light (looks very nice to me here!),

Thanks in advance!
