Hi guys,

I love my F30. I like everything about it: price, size, comfort and speed. Now we can have all great options like head up display, etc, so there is not much sense to buy a bigger car (at least for me). But. The only thing i miss is comfort seats from 5-series (x5, whatever).

My concerns are:
- will it fit? is there enough space?
- electric+coding: is there any chance everything will work as it should with memory and profile things.

I have zero experience, so any suggestions very appreciated!

I've been looking into this. It doesn't look like the seats themselves will fit. The 3 series is much narrower than the 5. If you do get them in, Electric shouldn't be an issue, but memory doesn't look like it will work.

Trying to get my hands on one to mess with, but even at salvage they're pricey.

I think could be to narrow too ;(

there are plenty of offers on german ebay for about 2000EUR + 250EUR for worldwide delivery. For this price you will get the full trim, that we don't need.

for 500eur i'd be ready to try it.. but paying 2000 for nothing - too much ;(
