I know it would be pretty rare but seeing how many are failing i wonder if perhaps you ended up getting a faulty replacement.

That could definitely be a possibility. I'm going to just wait for any codes or a CEL to pop up before I replace anything again. This last fill up the car only stumbled ever so slightly. Maybe the part has to be broken in? LOL I have no idea at this point.
